With a focus on mindful movement and personalised guidance, I’m here to support you on your Pilates journey—whether you’re just starting out or looking to deepen your practice. Let’s get moving!

My Story

I first practiced Pilates as part of my dance training in my teens and had a love and appreciation for the practice immediately. Unfortunately life took over when I left college for a 9-5 job and I fell out of my exercise routines, not prioritising my health & wellbeing. I was later diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, a condition with symptoms of widespread chronic pain & chronic fatigue.

I re-started my journey with Pilates during my pregnancy with my first child knowing that I needed to improve my health & fitness in order to be the best version of myself for my baby. This quickly turned into a deep love for the practice and a desire to share its benefits with others.​

​

Over the years, I’ve gained a well-rounded understanding of Pilates, blending classic principles with modern techniques to create a practice that is accessible and enjoyable for everyone. Whether you’re new to Pilates or an experienced practitioner, I’ll make sure to meet you at your level and guide you through each session with care and attention to detail.

For me, Pilates is about more than just physical strength—it’s about building a mindful connection between body and mind. In each class, we’ll focus on strengthening the core, improving posture, and increasing flexibility, while paying close attention to alignment, breath, and movement. I offer modifications and hands on adjustments throughout, so that everyone can experience the full benefits of the practice, regardless of their experience or fitness level.

I truly believe Pilates is for everyone, whether you’re looking to reduce stress, rehabilitate an injury, improve strength, or just feel better in your body. My goal is to provide a welcoming and supportive environment where you feel comfortable working at your own pace and achieving your personal goals.

In addition to group classes, I offer private sessions that are tailored to your specific needs, giving you more focused attention to help you address particular goals or challenges.

  • BA (Hons) Degree - Education Studies

  • Level 3 Diploma - Instructing Mat Based Pilates​

  • Level 3 Diploma - Pre & Postnatal Pilates

  • Working towards Level 4 Diploma - Instructing Mat Based Pilates​​​​
