Service Description
During this 5 week course, you will learn the key principles of incorporating Weights into your Pilates exercises, focusing on mindful and functional movement patterns to build strength & introducing a cardio element to your routines. You will have the option to use 0.5/1/2/3/4KG weights throughout the class or to stick to body weight only if thats what feels best for you. Due to the limited availability of spaces for these courses, your space on the course is held for the whole 5 weeks and is non-refundable.
