Pilates Workshop Kick off the day with an energising Pilates session led by a certified instructor. This workshop is suitable for all levels, focusing on core strength, mobility, and mindfulness. Your own mat is required for this workshop. Deer Park & Gardens Enjoy some free time to connect with nature; explore the beautiful gardens and Deer Park, in your own time, at your own pace! Lunch Enjoy a gourmet sandwich and tea or coffee served within the Vinery Cafe, a perfect opportunity to refuel and connect with fellow participants in a relaxed setting. Flower Arranging Workshop Slow down and reconnect with your creativity in this mindful dried flower arranging workshop. Guided by an experienced facilitator, you'll learn simple design techniques while creating your own beautiful, sustainable arrangement to take home. Working with natural textures, colours, and seasonal botanicals, this calming hands-on session encourages relaxation, self-expression, and a deeper connection with nature. Sound Bath Immerse yourself in a tranquil sound bath experience. The gentle vibrations and harmonious sounds will guide you into a state of deep relaxation and meditation, helping to release stress and promote healing.
